Sumi Sky originated from hand-painted studies using traditional brush techniques learned from a Taiwanese sumi master. Painted on rice paper with soft spirals and fluid ink forms, the design explores gesture, movement, and atmosphere, reflecting the simplicity and depth of traditional ink painting.
Sizes: 52” wide per yard on a continual bolt OR by panel (either 9’, 10’6” or 12’ long)
Pattern Repeat: 52” wide by 23.5” long
Pattern Match: Straight
Paper comes 52” wide with 1.5” overlap, untrimmed.
